Massage can be beneficial to help problem areas, but to also aid relaxation. It’s also been shown to boost the immune system, improve well-being, help with inflammation, reduce pain and improve sleep.
I carry out a full body massage with a focus on the troubled areas. I use warm water bags and aromatherapy during your session to focus on the troubled areas.

Essential Oil Body Detox and Balance Therapy
This 75-90 minute massage involves layering a minimum of 10 essential oils along the neck, spine and feet on specific acupressure/meridian points using a variety of different massage techniques, such as feathering and effleurage.
The essential oils used in this massage contain anti-viral, bacterial, fungal, anti-inflammatory, grounding, calming and other positive properties. This form of massage boosts the immune system, releases stress and brings about balance and calm in your body and mind. This massage promotes healing from the inside out, helping to provide both physical and emotional release.
This treatment can help boost your immune system, release stress, muscle tension, joint discomfort, headaches, improves circulation, digestion, respiratory issues and is anti-aging.

Chinese Five Element Massage
This can be added on to your massage treatment or booked as a full session massage (see prices below).
Massage is an very old tradition and traditional Chinese medicine uses it as a form of healing to balance out the energy in the body by focusing on yin and yang and the five elements of all living things – water, wood, fire, earth and metal. Each of these elements are connected with energy; water is flowing, wood is rising, fire is expanding, earth is grounding, metal is completing. When these elements are not balanced properly, it can create problems in the body. The aim is to keep the body healthy by ensuring the energy keeps moving and is balanced.
During your massage different oils are used to reflect the 5 elements and the oils are massaged into 12 meridians (elbow to hands and knees to feet) to help create a sense of balance to the mind, body and spirit.
Water element is associated with intention and will power. In balance it can help with concentration, self-confidence, stress and nervous tension. When imbalanced it can create chronic fear.
Wood element is associated with benevolence and in balance helps with assertiveness, self-esteem and generosity but imbalanced can be linked with chronic anger.
Fire element is associated with joy. In balance it can help with enthusiasm, creativity and compassion, but imbalanced can create boundary issues.
Earth element is associated with faith and integrity. In balance it helps with gratitude, stability, nurturing and adaptability but imbalanced it can be lined to excessive and chronic worry.
Metal element is associated with justice and in balance it helps with self-respect, self-worth and inspiration but imbalanced it is linked to lingering despair and grief.

Energy Work In-person
Reiki
Reiki is well known stress reduction and relaxation technique, which works with the life force energy that flows through us all. Treatment works on the whole person, both inside and out. It is a natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement and can be beneficial for a long list of issues.

Crystal Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing
Chakras are the energy points in our body and sometimes, for lots of reasons, they can become blocked meaning that our energy struggles to flow around, affecting how we feel. During this treatment, I work with your energy and explore what is blocking your chakras and then use crystals to create balance.

Distanced Energy Work
Reiki and Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing can also be carried out remotely. Sessions work in the same way as if you were there in person, but you can benefit from them, no matter where you are in the world. We agree a time for me to conduct the appointment and you simply need somewhere quiet to relax. After the session I will message or email you with a detailed breakdown of what I found and what rebalancing took place.
